Istituto Comprensivo Bellini di Novara
Our language learning goes beyond the school’s gate. A sister school was established with Istituto Comprensivo Bellini di Novara, in Italy in 2012. This is an extension of the Italian Program which fosters a deep connection and purpose for learning another language through meaningful experiences. The students experience regular skype sessions, and work together to create Powerpoints, skits and animations.
We have since worked on numerous joint projects, including the “About Taste” Project which was showcased at the Milan Expo 2015. The Italian teacher led a group of students and staff on an Italian Study Tour in 2015.
This is a wonderful opportunity for cultural exchange.
